During your first consultation, we will talk about your past health history, review recent lab work, discuss current signs and symptoms you are experiencing.

We will also go over benefits of TRT, alternative treatments for testosterone deficiency, lifestyle changes, side effects and theoretical risks of TRT, fertility concerns, and long term implications of TRT.

As appropriate, a treatment plan will be recommended to you.  After your first exam, if you decide to optimize your health and quality of life we can move forward with prescription of testosterone.

Testosterone Replacement Therapy 

Starting at $130/month

If you qualify and wish to proceed with testosterone optimization therapy, this monthly subscription cost will include all of your Telehealth visits with medical provider and prescription medications delivered to your home.

Lab Work Evaluation: When first beginning testosterone therapy, it is necessary to closely monitor lab work to get target hormone levels in range and to evaluate potential abnormal lab findings. We will follow up as needed with patient to see if symptoms are improving and how they are generally feeling.  After evaluating lab findings and patient's subjective symptoms, we may need to adjust medication dosage.

We will consistently follow up with the patient via TeleHealth and discuss therapy effectiveness.

*for younger men with testosterone deficiency and still planning for children we can discuss alternative medicines, such as enclomiphene or HCG in addition to lifestyle changes.

Medical Weight Loss

Cost based on medication and dose.

This monthly subscription program includes semaglutide or tirzepatide and once monthly follow up via teleHealth. Pricing includes all medication and supplies while you are subscribed to the program. Subscription includes nutritional recommendations and exercise programming.
